John Saydam is an award-winning digital, social and branded content expert. Over the past 15 years, John has led digital and social strategies for iconic brands such as Emirates Airlines, Saudi Telecom, Blackberry, Air Canada, BMW Canada and the Ministry of Health Ontario.
Most recently, in the Middle East he successfully led the social media team and strategies for Emirates Airlines. This resulted in increasing Emirates social media presence from zero to 15 million followers on 11 channels. His global award-winning branded video content social media campaign "Be There" for Emirates gained over 80 million views in 6 months and generated $15 million in revenue.
As VP Social Media for a mobile brand of Saudi Telecom, John developed influencer marketing campaigns and millennial marketing strategies.
For Blackberry, John spent 3 years building and growing global communities.
John is a sought after speaker having presented at digital, social and travel conferences around the world.
John has a degree in Engineering, a certificate in Hospitality, is fluent in English, Turkish and can speak Japanese. Open minded, John is also a pragmatic risk taker whose passion for travel has allowed him to visit and/or work in over 40+ countries; leaving positive imprints and contributions in almost all of the places he has lived and worked.
Jill Rosenberg is an award-winning Creative Director, Strategist and Producer.
Jill has combined her interest in creative storytelling and emerging technology for over 15 years. With Idea Central, she developed a unique virtual reality travel application that combines, AI, Voice Response and E-Commerce for a Middle East Client. She also creative directed the award winning mobile first learning application Mobile Academy which is now in use in 40 countries and has been translated into 16 languages.
While in Dubai, Jill developed marketing, brand strategy and content for Getty Images, Philips, SkyCargo, Airbus, Mashreq Bank, Emirates NBD Bank, Gastronomica, World Retail Congress and 3 Horses Beer.
In Toronto, Jill was the Senior Creative Director for the national broadcaster CBC overseeing cross-channel marketing for entertainment, lifestyle, sports and news programming. She has also led digital projects as a Creative Director for the AGO, TTC, Lexus, Mizuno, Worldwide Short Film Festival, Clover Leaf, Foster Parents Plan, Canadian Media Awards and Toronto Economic Development.
She is a regular sought after speaker and presenter at major digital conferences.
Jill is the co-founder of a short comedy film festival that ran annually in Toronto, Montreal, London England, Edinburgh and Sydney for 7 years. She has written and directed 7 short comedy films. While in Dubai Jill was part of the only stand-up female comedy troupe in the Middle East.
Jill began her career as a professional modern dancer and director/creator of live multimedia shows.
